Delete your UKEA account
You can permanently delete your UKEA account and its associated data at any time, using either of the methods below. This applies to the app published by UKEA Saudi (package com.ukea.saudi).
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open the UKEA app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By request (if you can't sign in)
Email support@ukea-saudi.app from any address and include the phone number registered to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and process the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account credentials.
- Your listings and services.
- Your chat conversations and messages.
- Your saved items, saved searches, and reviews you posted.
We retain only the minimal records we are legally required to keep (for example, fraud prevention or records mandated by Saudi law) for the period required by law, after which they are deleted. We do not sell your personal data.
حذف حساب UKEA الخاص بك
يمكنك حذف حسابك في UKEA وبياناته المرتبطة به نهائياً في أي وقت، باستخدام إحدى الطريقتين أدناه.
الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق (فوري)
- افتح تطبيق UKEA وسجّل الدخول.
- انتقل إلى تبويب حسابي.
- اضغط حذف الحساب.
- أكّد العملية. يُحذف حسابك فوراً ويتم تسجيل خروجك.
الطريقة الثانية — عبر الطلب (إذا تعذّر تسجيل الدخول)
أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى support@ukea-saudi.app مع ذكر رقم الهاتف المسجّل في حسابك وعنوان «حذف حسابي». سنتحقق من ملكية الحساب وننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً.
ما الذي يُحذف
- ملفك الشخصي وبيانات الدخول.
- إعلاناتك وخدماتك.
- محادثاتك ورسائلك.
- العناصر والبحوث المحفوظة والتقييمات التي نشرتها.
نحتفظ فقط بالحد الأدنى من السجلات المطلوبة نظاماً، وللمدة التي يفرضها القانون، ثم تُحذف.
